FUNDRAISER FAQ SHEET SPRING 2007 1. How soon before delivery do I have to place my order? It is recommended you place your order at least 2 weeks prior to delivery. However, orders received after that time are always happily accepted, but we cannot guarantee all product available, for example, a specific color you are choosing. 2. When do I have to make a payment? Payment is requested at the time an order is placed. If this is not possible due to your fundraising program, payment will then be COD to the driver.3. Where can I see color photos of the Spring plants? You can view color photos by visiting www.floranurseries.com. 4. When can I get delivery? We do our very best in trying to meet everyone’s delivery times with reasonable adjustments based on a first-come, first-serve basis, weather conditions or traffic. 5. What if there are shortages? Please call our office right away! We cannot be responsible for any shortages once the driver leaves your premises. Make sure what you ordered is delivered. Errors can occur and result in a shortage, or over-delivery – we want to make sure you get what you pay for! Therefore, it is important the product is examined and counted as it is unloaded at your site. Any shortages will be replaced promptly.
6. Can we return any unsold plants? We do not accept returns. We rarely, if ever, had a request to return unsold plants. The norm is usually a re-order for more plants because of their beauty and quality. 7. Is there a delivery fee or minimum order requirement? Because these are fundraising orders, we rarely have orders under $1000.00 and therefore, there is NO delivery fee. Orders less than $1000.00 will require a $50.00 fee per delivery. This fee does not apply, however, to re-orders for more plants requested after the delivery of an original order of over $1000.00, however, delivery times and dates may be adjusted due to other deliveries on our trucks. 8. Can we split a tray of flowers with either other flowers or with two different colors? We cannot split the trays. All annuals are grown in our greenhouses and indicated on the order form as to how you can order them. Of course, the mixed tray (where indicated), will give you an array of colors in one tray.
